BUYERS Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) We ask all buyers to sign a non-disclosure agreement or NDA. You agree to keep all information you learn about the business confidential, including that the business is for sale. This reassures the seller that he/she can continue to operate the business as usual. We ask that you do not mention to the staff that the business is for sale or ask them for information about the daily operations. Those questions should be directed to the broker or the seller. The financial statement is general information to give West Coast Business Brokers an idea if you have enough money to make a down payment or be considered for seller financing. We do not ask you to disclose bank account or credit card numbers.
