BUYERS Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) We ask all buyers to sign a non-disclosure agreement or NDA. You agree to keep all information you learn about the business confidential, including that the business is for sale. This reassures the seller that he/she can continue to operate the business as usual. Unless you are on a private tour with the seller or broker, we ask that you do not mention to the staff that the business is for sale or ask them for information about the daily operations. Those questions should be directed to the broker or the seller. The financial statement is general information to give West Coast Business Brokers an idea if you have enough money to make a down payment or be considered for seller financing. We do not ask you to disclose bank account or credit card numbers.

Non-Exclusive Listing Agreement A non-exclusive listing agreement means that you only pay a commission if West Coast Business Brokers finds the buyer who purchases your business. If you find the buyer, you owe us nothing. |
